Samuel Ramirez, born February 20, 1997 has unfortunately passed at the California Dignity Health Hospital at 7:15 on July 21, 2020 at the age of 23. Sam was a beloved person and was always the type to be making memories with his friends, he loved to play basketball with all his buddy’s at the park always getting better at it.
