 50, of Mission TX, passed away peacefully on February 21, 2025, surrounded by his loving family. He was born to the late Vicente Martinez and Amada Reyna Martinez, who welcomed him into their embrace beyond this life.

Rodrigo was a devoted husband to his beloved wife, Lourdes Cantu Martinez, and a proud father to his children: Kassandra, Kendra, Rodrigo Jr., Nicole, Giselle, Anabelle, April, Krystal, Khloe, and Rodrigo Matthew Martinez. His family was the center of his world, and he dedicated his life to providing for and guiding them with love, wisdom, and strength.

Rodrigo will be remembered for his unwavering dedication to his family, his kind heart, and the way he could bring joy to those around him. His legacy lives on in the love he shared and the countless memories he created with those who were fortunate to know him.

Services to honor Rodrigo’s life will be held on Saturday March 1, 2025 and Sunday March 2, 2025, at McAllen Funeral Home following burial Monday March 3, 2025 at Garden of Angels Cemetery in Mission, Texas . Family and friends are invited to come together in remembrance and support during this time.

Rodrigo will be deeply missed but never forgotten. May he rest in eternal peace.
