Kathleen Wray (Hannon) was granted her angel wings on Thursday, July 15th 2021 at the age of 64.
Her last days were spent surrounded by people she loved, all the dogs she rescued and the many plants she grew. Many people felt Kat's love and her spirit in some small way throughout her life.
Kathleen's life would seem too short to many, but those who were touched by her will always remember how much she gave, how supportive she was and how she loved.
Kathleen was a colorful spirit, and a strong woman. Some would say she was world-renowned for her baking skills, spoiling her grandkids, not holding back her opinion and she had a knack for telling it like it is. She always told you the truth even if it wasn’t what you wanted to hear.
With that said she was genuine to a fault, a pussy cat (Kat) at heart and yet she sugar coated nothing. Her extensive vocabulary was more than highly proficient at knowing more curse words than most people learned in a lifetime.
She loved four letter words as much as she loved her rock music.
She was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, aunt, sister, cousin, daughter, granddaughter, niece and friend. She also had many who thought of her as a second mom.
Kathleen is survived by husband Greg, children Victoria and Jimmy, son-in-law Jon, daughter-in-law Francis, grandchildren Isaiah, Jeanne-Marie, Willow-Anne, and Melody, brothers David and Stephen, sister-in-law Darla and sister-in-law Debbie, as well as many nieces, nephews, cousins, and many other family members.
Memorial Service to be held at Colton Funeral Home Sunday July 25th, 2021.
