Johnney Jerry Patrick III

Johnney Jerry Patrick III, known affectionately as LJ, passed away on April 6, 2024. He was born on July 13, 2006, in California.

LJ will be dearly missed by his family and friends, including his mother, Trelane Dashell Smith; sister, Francine; brother, David Jr.; Stepmother, Clarissa; Stepbrother, Karl; Stepbrother, Mico; Father, Johnney Jerry Patrick Jr., and stepfather, David Sr., sister, Kimberly; sister Emily; brother, Anthony.

A visitation to honor LJ's life will take place on May 4, 2024, starting at 12:00 PM at Richardson Peterson Funeral Home in Ontario, California. This will be followed by a Funeral Service at the same location at 1:00 PM. A Graveside Service will be held on May 6, 2024, at Riverside National Cemetery in Riverside, California, starting at 12:15 PM.

Johnney Jerry Patrick III touched the lives of many with his kindness and gentle spirit. May he rest in peace knowing he was loved by all who had the privilege of knowing him.
