Visitation services will be held on April 17, 2025, from 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM at Deco Familia Rosecrans Funeral Home, located at 8545 Rosecrans Ave, Paramount, CA 90723. A Prayer Service will follow at 7:00 PM, concluding at 7:45 PM on the same day.

Javier Lozano will forever be remembered for his generosity of spirit and the love he shared with those fortunate enough to be part of his life.
