Janet Annette Acosta Cuevas

Janet Cuevas (Heredia) passed away in Prince Fredrick, MD. She was the daughter of Margarita Heredia and Manuel Otilio Heredia. Janet was born on April 02, 1975 in Los Angeles, CA. She was a Marine Corps spouse who traveled extensively with her husband until they settled in Dunkirk in 2014.

She was preceded in death by Manuel Otilio Heredia. She is survived by her mother, Margarita “Maggie” Acosta Heredia of Pomona, CA; her husband of 25 years, Gabriel Cuevas; son,  David E. Cuevas and daughter, Gabrielle K. Cuevas, both of Dunkirk, MD; sister, Evangelina M. (Rodolfo Cueva) Heredia of Pomona, CA; brothers, Manuel C. (Paula Rafael) Heredia of Ontario, CA and Joshua J. (Janelle Vargas) Heredia of Pomona, CA, as well as many loving nieces, nephew, aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.

For 7 years Janet was a billing associate in Dunkirk, MD. She got a Associate's degree from Saddleback CC. Outside of work and other activities, Janet enjoyed spending time reading, music, shopping, sewing, cooking, camping, boating, volunteering.

Arrangements are being handled by Deco Familia located at 123 West G Street Ontario, CA.
