Gwendolyn Cornelia Scheidt is now at peace and for that the family is grateful. She had countless words of wisdom and was exceptionally witty. She was blessed to have traveled the world for business and pleasure. She loved life and sought higher heights.
She was gifted as a businesswoman and talented with her hands. In her latter years she was gifted to crochet countless items for hospitals, and many gifts for family and friends.
She was born in Chicago and studied music at Howard University. She was a gifted piano player and also taught music. She could play almost all instruments in an orchestra.
Gwendolyn leaves behind, 2 sons, 3 daughters, 7 grandchildren, 4 great-grand children, nieces, grand nieces, grand-nephews, great grand-nieces and great grand-nephews.
