Fue una trabajadora incansable, siempre avanzando y sin miedo a tomar riesgos en busca de una vida mejor para ella y su familia.

Eva era conocida por su espíritu aventurero, abrazando la vida con los brazos abiertos y una independencia feroz. Fue madre de 7 hijos y abuela de 7 nietos, a quienes amó profundamente.
