Elena B. Quesada

August 28, 1922 ~ July 18, 2023

We are honoring our strong, adventurous and beautiful mother, Elena B. Quesada.
She was born August 28, 1922 in Santa Ana, CA and died July 18th, 2023 in Santa
Rosa, CA.
Our mother, Elena, was brave, a strong believer in education, loving and lived fully
every one of her 100 years. She was a trailblazer in driving her children to school
on a motorcycle in 1948. She graduated from college when she was 59 years old.
She encouraged all of us to follow our dreams. And, she skydived on her 90th
birthday. She loved dancing, traveling the world, and making everyone she met
feel a part of her family. Her life was the example of fearlessness and in so doing,
being an example to everyone around her to always live life to it’s fullest and know
that you are stronger than you think you are. We will miss her, strength,
exuberance and her loving presence deeply.
Her legacy includes, 7 children, 17 grandchildren, 7 great grandchildren and 7
great, great grandchildren. She will live on in all of our hearts including her
siblings, the entire Barajas family and all of her friends. We are all embraced in
the heart of infinite love where we abide with our mother eternally and can never
be separated, even by death.
