Connie R. Hernandez, a cherished resident of Colton, California, passed away on May 31, 2023, leaving behind a legacy of love and cherished memories. Born on January 28, 1937, Connie lived a fulfilling and vibrant life, touching the hearts of all who knew her.

Connie's greatest joy in life was her family, and she leaves behind a rich tapestry of loved ones. She is survived by her son Anthony, his wife Elissa, and their daughter Sophia, who were the pride and joy of her life. Connie also leaves behind her beloved daughter Diana and her husband Sam, along with Diana’s son Michael, who brought her immense happiness.

Beyond her immediate family, Connie was blessed with four wonderful great-grandchildren, Alyssa, Kayla, Aryana, and Gianna, who were the light of her later years. She took great pleasure in watching them grow and flourish, showering them with affection and wisdom. And as life continued to unfold, Connie was overjoyed to welcome the arrival of her great-great-grandson, Amilio, who brought an added sparkle to her eyes.

Connie's impact on her community was immeasurable. As a lifelong resident of Colton, she was known for her kind heart, unwavering compassion, and willingness to lend a helping hand to anyone in need. She spent numerous hours volunteering at the Immaculate Conception Church. Her selflessness touched the lives of many, leaving a lasting impression on those who were fortunate enough to cross her path. 

In her free time, Connie enjoyed tending to her garden, cultivating beautiful flowers that mirrored the beauty she brought into the lives of others. She had a passion for cooking, sharing her culinary creations with loved ones during gatherings filled with laughter and joy.

While Connie's presence will be deeply missed, her memory will forever be cherished by her family and friends. Her legacy of love, compassion, and dedication to family will continue to inspire and guide those who had the privilege of knowing her.
