Alberta Ruiz-Lucero

Alberta Ruiz-Lucero, a beloved member of the community, passed away peacefully on February 26, 2025, at the age of 71. Born on April 8, 1953, in Durango, Mexico, Alberta's journey through life was marked by kindness, compassion, and an unwavering spirit that touched the lives of all who knew her.

In remembrance of Alberta, a visitation will be held on March 17, 2025, from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at Our Lady of Victory Church, located at 519 E Palmer St, Compton, CA 90221. This will be followed by a Mass on March 18, 2025, starting at 11:00 AM, also at Our Lady of Victory Church. To honor her memory, a graveside service will take place the same day at 12:30 PM at All Souls Cemetery, located at 4100 Cherry Avenue, Long Beach, CA 90807.

Alberta Ruiz-Lucero leaves behind a legacy of love and compassion that will be cherished by all who had the privilege of knowing her. Her presence will be deeply missed, but her spirit will live on in the hearts of those she has inspired and touched throughout her life.
